MOTOR ACCIDENTS INVOLVING ANOTHER VEHICLE
In the event of an accident where there has been a Third Party involved please take note of the undermentioned important information:
- All motor accidents, where a Third Party vehicle or Third Party property is involved, please report the incident to VKN Financial Services Pty Ltd immediately, irrespective of whether there are damages to the Insured vehicle or not.
- Never admit liability to the Third Party as this would be prejudicing the rights of the Insurer.
- Ensure that if you receive a Letter of Demand or a Summons or any other form of correspondence from the Third Party or the Third Parties Insurer or the Third Parties Attorneys that it be forwarded to our offices immediately.
- Do not negotiate with the Third Party or the Third Party attorneys and or Third Party insurers.
Failure to adhere to the above guidelines, could seriously prejudice your claim.
