Where a motor claim has been submitted for a total loss of the insured vehicle, insurers have advised that they have received a communication from the License Department advising that there is a change with regards to de-registration documents.
Going forward, Section A of the change of ownership form must be completed and signed by the you.
You are to provide VKN Financial Services Pty Ltd with a certified copy of your identity document. Without this relevant information, insurers are not be able to dealer stock the vehicles.
