Should you have selected Office Contents Cover on your Policy, we need to remind you that Office Contents is described and defined in the policy wording as “loss of or damage to the contents (other than documents and electronic data processing equipment) while contained in the offices and/or consulting rooms situated as stated in the schedule.
Your urgent attention is therefore urgently drawn to items such as Intercom Gate Stations/CCTV Cameras/Aircon Units/Alarm Systems where the unit or part of the unit is situated outside the office, these items would need to be insured under Business All Risks and are not covered under the Office Contents section of the policy.
