We have recently had an influx of claims for vehicle keys /locks as a result of Theft of keys or Lost Keys or Damaged Keys.
As your Broker we urge you to please make sure that you are aware of the Limit on your policy for Keys & Locks cover so that you are not unpleasantly surprised when you need to claim.
It differs from policy to policy and can be increased (at an additional premium should you so require).
We have received claims that are in the region of R25,000.00 to replace a coded key for a vehicle.
