PROPERTY INSURANCE
Dear Valued Client, please take note of the following:
- Should any part of the insured buildings be anything other than Standard Construction (such as thatch/timber) please inform us immediately.
- Should the insured property have Environmental Upgrade Geysers please let us know immediately as these need to be separately insured.
- Wear and Tear and Maintenance Related issues are not covered.
- By Laws relating to Fire Fighting Equipment must be adhered to.
- Bursting of Pipes is not covered.
- Should any property be unoccupied for more than 30 days or undergoing renovations please inform us immediately.
- The Legal Entity must always be correct-Please ensure that this is adhered to.
- Should the Occupation of the premises change at any time we must be notified immediately.
